I started Brighten Counseling & Associates because of my passion and desire of wanting to help others heal, overcome obstacles, and progress along life's journey. I am dedicated to serving all clients regardless of race, gender,sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, creed, or religious affiliation. I am family oriented and systemic in my approach and believe that when provided with the appropriate knowledge, tools, and support individuals have the ability to navigate obstacles in a positive and healthy manner. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children with an Eclectic Approach while being sensitive to each person's specific needs in a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic environment.
